“Old hotel dressed up as much as possible - pretty well. Beach was nice. Pool appreciated on a 90° day. Parking challenging - extra lot was ok, but I got s town parking ticket within 3 minutes of being there - would have appreciated parking instructions up front.”

“The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected.
The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. Updates to a handheld shower head and a full length mirror in the rooms along with luggage carts on each floor at the Avenue II would be nice.

“I stayed two nights I expect housekeeping to come check the room and at least empty the trash daily give fresh towels. We use the two bottles of complementary water to make coffee but for the next day, there’s no water to make coffee. I’m not using tapwater and there was no coffee. Why is it my job to have to go down and ask the front desk for more coffee or clean towels that’s why I gave three stars for this hotel.”
